WOOD FIRED WARM SPINACH SALAD
Tender baby spinach lightly tossed with red onions, bell peppers, and tomatoes. Seasoned with extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper delicately roasted in our wood fired oven. Finished with a drizzle of reduced balsamic and a light squeeze of fresh lemon juice. Add rosemary chicken for $3 or oven roasted garlic shrimp for $7.
